With the
coaching uncertainty at Overton and departure of
Coach Williams to the Gulf Coast. Overton returns
one of the strongest senior classes in the city
behind one of my favorites in Sergio Kerusch (6'4,
210 lbs. diamond in
the rough). Another
diamond in the rough
senior Derrick Warren will contribute heavily in the
guard position with his offensive prowl and court
vision, chemistry is solid as these kids have played
together on the school level since the 9th grade but
on the summer circuit very sparingly.
George Woods
at the 2 or 3 position will solidify that position
if he stays focused season long. The bench led by
Remy is still yet to be determined.
